Two fee lines on every booking. The creator keeps 100%.

The subscription is the workspace. Each booking is invoiced separately: the creator’s quote, plus a 15% service fee that pays for Kiki’s negotiation, contracts, content review and reporting, plus a 2% transaction fee that covers card and bank processing. Nothing is deducted from the creator.

Questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes — opening a workspace is free and needs no card. On the free workspace you can set up your company, invite yourself, and see how everything works. Kiki, Discover, campaigns and outreach unlock on Starter.

What counts as a “creator collaboration”?

One creator booked on one campaign. Starter includes 10 a month; Scale and Enterprise are unlimited. Inquiries and conversations are never counted.

Do I pay creators through Influtee?

Yes. One invoice per booking or per campaign milestone. Influtee pays every creator after you approve their content and it goes live — you never onboard a creator as a vendor.

What is the wallet?

A prepaid balance you top up by card or bank transfer. Bookings paid from the wallet settle instantly, with no invoice wait. Top-ups carry no fee, never expire, and are refundable.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Anytime, from Settings › Plans & Billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing month; collaborations already booked are unaffected.

Is the 15% charged if I found the creator myself?

Yes — one rate on every booking. The fee pays for the same negotiation, contract, review and payment protection whether Kiki found the creator or you did.

Do creators see my budget?

No. Creators see your brief and Kiki’s offer, never your ceiling. Other brands never see your campaigns.

What do agencies get?

Scale or Enterprise with multiple workspaces under one login, seats per client, and a custom payment setup. Talk to us.
