The left column says who does the work. The right column says what is written down at that point — because on a campaign, the difference between a good agency and a bad one is what is in the document. Everything runs over email with your strategist; there is no portal to log into.
A short form or a call. Send whatever brief you have — even a paragraph and a link. We come back by email with questions about the goal, the market, the launch window and what you have already tried.
Written down: nothing yet. There is no charge and no obligation at this stage, and we will say plainly if we think creators are the wrong channel for what you are selling.
The angle we would take and why — which use case, which audience, which platform does which job — plus a sample creator list, deliverables, usage rights, timeline and territory. Creator budget and our management fee are itemized as separate lines. We revise it with you until it is right.
Written down: the statement of work. Everything we will do, what it costs, and what you own at the end. Compare it line by line with anyone else's.
Sign the SOW and settle the first invoice: half on signature and half before the first post goes live, or paid in full upfront if your finance team prefers a single transaction. Sourcing starts once the first invoice clears.
Written down: payment schedule and scope. Additional creators, extra deliverables or expanded rights are a change order, priced before anyone starts work — never a surprise on the final invoice.
Candidate lists are screened for inauthentic engagement before a strategist reads them — that removed a quarter of the list on a recent dashcam campaign. We approach, negotiate rates within budget, send contracts, arrange samples and follow up. You see the roster as it fills, by email.
Written down: each creator's contract — rate, deliverables, revision rounds, disclosure and rights. If a creator drops out, we replace them within the agreed scope.
Every draft is reviewed against your brief before it reaches you, so what lands in your inbox is already checked for the claims you cannot make and the ones you must. You approve or ask for changes; revision rounds are set in the SOW.
Written down: the brief itself, structured, so a change request cites a line you wrote rather than a feeling. Judgement calls are flagged as judgement calls.
Approved posts publish on the agreed schedule. We pay every creator directly and handle their paperwork. While the campaign is live we read the comment sections at volume — that is where a brief usually needs to change — and you get a full report at close.
Written down: the wrap report. Platform-reported numbers per creator, what the comments said, which creators over-performed and by how much, and what we would change next time.
The roster we scoped, the deliverables in the SOW, every draft checked against your brief, creators paid on time, and reporting drawn from platform data. Replacements within scope if a creator drops out.
A view count, a conversion rate, or a piece of content going viral. Nobody can promise those honestly, and an agency that does is pricing in the excuse. We commit to the work and show you the numbers as they land.
Scoped in the proposal and priced into each creator's quote. Organic use, paid amplification, whitelisting and duration are separate asks — we don't take blanket rights by default.
